IBM does business worldwide with thousands of business partners. IBM PartnerWorld is a portal designed to help these partners market, sell and support IBMs products. Role of Lead User Experience Designer for the section of PartnerWorld focused at Software Resellers. Design responsibility for developing wireframe, information architecture, and operating prototypes focusing on usability best practices and conformance to IBM web standards. Designed and led remote and focus group usability and concept testing.
